Kapil Mishra was sacked from his position after accusing chief minister Arvind Kejriwal involvement in scams in the name of cabinet reshuffle after party’s loss in the recent state and civic bodies elections. After the dismissal, Mishra has come out strongly protesting against Kejriwal, accusing him of abetting and aiding corrupts in Delhi government, namely Satyendra Jain.
Mishra alleged that a Rs 50-crore land deal had been arranged for the family of Kejriwal's brotherin-law, S K Bansal. "Satyendar Jain told Mishra that he had arranged a seven-acre land deal in Chattarpur for the Bansal family. He also fudged bills up to Rs 10 crore to benefit Kejriwal's relative," said Mishra, adding that he would register a CBI complaint on Tuesday @pgurus
