Tharoor ka Suroor... ๐Ÿ˜ฑ #SunandaFreshExpose Republic

The mystery of Sunanda Pushkar Tharoor's death, a year ago, deepens, day by day. The Delhi Police are convinced it was a case of murder and are proceeding accordingly. They have been questioning a number of people, including Shashi Tharoor's domestic help, Narain Singh, and those who were the last to have seen Sunanda in her Delhi hotel (the hotel apparently has CCTV coverage of who entered and exited her room).

Two maverick Indian politicians have also entered the picture: Subramaniam Swamy and Amar Singh. Swamy, a former professor, minister and prominent member of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claims that even if Tharoor did not commit the murder, he knows who did. What's more, "seven politicians" will fall, once the murderer is identified, says Swamy, thereby fuelling frenzied speculation.  @Pgurus

BJP president Amit Shah on Sunday said Rajinikanth was welcome to join the Bharatiya Janata Party but the Tamil actor had to first decide on entering politics first. Shah’s remarks came in response to a question at an India Today event in Delhi.

Rajinikanth had last week addressed the media and hinted at a possible entry in politics; however he did not specify which party he would want to join and that when he would do so.

“When he has to enter politics, how can I decide that? From our end, every good person is welcome to join politics,” Shah said. He also denied having a conversation with the superstar.

locked its constitutionally elected president Sitaram Kesri in the bathroom" to clear the way for Ms Sonia Gandhi to take over the job.

Kesari was summarily removed by the Congress Working Committee and Sonia Gandhi installed in his place because of fears that with his cunning he may chart a course towards Prime Ministership. Senior Congress leaders went about supervising his nameplates being wrenched out of the party office walls. He was even turfed out of his Rajya Sabha seat.

Why was so much humiliation heaped on Kesari? Because he was of lowly origin who dared to aspire?

เค•ाเคจूเคจ เคธे เคฌเคšเคจा เคฎुเคถ्เค•िเคฒ เคนी เคจเคนीं เคจाเคฎुเคฎเค•िเคจ เคนै! …

After CBI raids, trouble is set to rise for former finance minister P Chidambaram and his son Karti as the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) is likely to initiate a probe into the reported irregularities in foreign investment approval for a media firm in 2007.

CBDT chairman held a meeting with the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) hours after Karti Chidambaram's house in Chennai and his office in Gurgaon and other places were raided by the CBI on Tuesday. Raids were also conducted at former media baron Peter Mukerjea's house in Worli, Mumbai.

"We received information on Karti some two years ago, we have been investigating the cases. We will act on all information shared by the CBI. We are monitoring the case on a regular basis and can call Karti for questioning as well," CBDT chairman told India Today.

Chidambaram was caught because of the relentless pursuit of BJP leader Subramanian Swamy. Last month he had exposed the Income Tax findings on the massive secret illegal assets of Chidambaram family in 18 countries. These details were unearthed by ED and IT joint raids in connection with Aircel-Maxis scam.

Motilal Vora in a triple role... already won an Oscar (Oscar Fernandes) ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ #NHCase #National Herald #Rahul Gandhi #Sonia Gandhi

Congress Party president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi are in a blue funk, unable to explain their illegal takeover of the assets of the National Herald Group in 2012, by transferring its shares to a company, Young India, in which they control 76 per cent stake.

Some persons who held shares from the time Jawaharlal Nehru launched National Herald in 1937, with funds from the public, were aghast at the development and blew the whistle, discreetly.

Briefly, the rigmarole involved the party loaning Rs 90-plus crore ($12.5 million) to Associated Journals Pvt. Ltd. (AJL), owner and publisher of National Herald (English daily), Navjivan (Hindi daily), Qaumi Awaz (Urdu daily), and National Herald International Weekly, to wipe out its debts and settle employee dues after publication formally ceased in 2008. Thereafter, on April 26, 2012, Young India ‘extinguished’ this Rs 90 crore debt for a paltry Rs 50 lakhs while transferring AJL shares to itself. The mathematics has never been explained to this day!

The transactions were conducted in utmost secrecy, with Motilal Vora as party treasurer transferring the money to Motilal Vora as chairman cum managing director of AJL, and select family loyalists in the know. Vora and party general secretary are also shareholders in Young Indian, Now, thanks to the doggedness of BJP leader, Dr Subramanian Swamy, who took the case to court, struggled to get it admitted and followed it through, this is one act for which they will be held legally liable.detail report on National hearld scam visit ๐Ÿ‘‰ @Pgurus

Daya zara pata lagao paisa gayi toh gayi kahan? #NationalHerald #swamy

Biggest setback for the Gandhi family, the Delhi High Court on Friday, cleared all decks for an Income Tax investigation into Young Indian Private Limited in which Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and party vice-president Rahul Gandhi are directors.

Dr.Subramanian Swamy, in a private criminal complaint filed before a trial court, had accused the Gandhis and others of conspiring to cheat and misappropriate funds by paying just Rs 50 lakh, through which YI had obtained the right to recover Rs 90.25 crore which the AJL owed to the Congress party.

YI had approached the High Court seeking a direction to stay the I-T proceedings and quashing of re-assessment notice issued against it with regard to the National Herald misappropriation of assets case. But Delhi high court on Friday declined to entertain a plea by Young Indian Pvt Ltd (YIL) challenging the Income Tax department notices served on the company, clearing the decks for an IT probe. @pgurus

#SunandaMurder – A soul in Search of Justice… #SunandaPushkar

Journalists Nalini Singh, Barkha Dutt, Sagarika Ghose, Rahul Kanwal and Prema Sridevi were talking to Sunanda 24 hours before her death. As per the telecommunication data, around 4AM, Sunanda had contacted or messaged Barkha Dutt, Sagarika Ghose, Rahul Kanwal and Prema Sridevi to meet her for an explosive interview. killed in the most gruesome manner.

What is intriguing is the silence of the two senior journalists Barkha Dutt and Sagarika Ghose, who never miss an opportunity to pontificate. What was Sunanda’s message to them? Did they go to Hotel Leela to do her interview? If not why, when this could have been the scoop of the year (and perhaps the decade)? Barkha Dutt and Sagarika Ghose owe answers to their viewers as to what they did on January 17, 2014, the day Sunanda was murdered.

One more thing. Who leaked Sunanda’s plan to give an interview to journalists?  Who leaked the communication between Sunanda and these four journalists? Who alerted Tharoor or any big IPL Mafia King or Queen about Sunanda’s plan to expose them? These angles must be investigated thoroughly. detail article visit @pgurus

#AKvPK – IITian Vs Alien #hackathon … #Kejriwal #EVM

Arvind Kejriwal today claimed an Electronic Voting Machine can be tampered with "within 90 seconds flat" and dared the Election Commission to provide a EVM to the AAP to prove it. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said the AAP will participate in the 'EVM Hackathon' to be oraganised by the poll panel later this month and will prove how an EVM can be tampered with.

Sisodia also challenged the EC to allow at least three AAP workers in place of those who service EVMs at store rooms and said they will "completely hack" all machines.

During a day-long special session of the Delhi Assembly today, AAP MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj today staged a "live demonstration" on how electronic voting machines can be programmed to favour a particular political party.  Arvind Kejriwal started new episode on evm hacking in Delhi Assembly to deflects corruption charges...

AAP ka CM...#ArvindKejriwal #KapilMishra

Kapil Mishra was sacked from his position after accusing chief minister Arvind Kejriwal involvement in scams in the name of cabinet reshuffle after party’s loss in the recent state and civic bodies elections. After the dismissal, Mishra has come out strongly protesting against Kejriwal, accusing him of abetting and aiding corrupts in Delhi government, namely Satyendra Jain.

Mishra alleged that a Rs 50-crore land deal had been arranged for the family of Kejriwal's brotherin-law, S K Bansal. "Satyendar Jain told Mishra that he had arranged a seven-acre land deal in Chattarpur for the Bansal family. He also fudged bills up to Rs 10 crore to benefit Kejriwal's relative," said Mishra, adding that he would register a CBI complaint on Tuesday @pgurus

#RepublicTV logo looks like Circus.....

Swamy had said the licence granted to Goswami should be revoked as it is a “direct breach” of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950. Certain names and emblems cannot be used for commercial and professional purposes as per the law
A week after Rajya Sabha MP and senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy filed a complaint against former Times Now editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami, the latter is changing the name of his newly announced venture from 'Republic' to 'Republic TV'.

Swamy had earlier told that he had repeatedly called up Bengaluru-based media baron and BJP MP Rajeev Chandrashekhar — who is among Goswami’s investors — not to name the media venture 'Republic' but his advice was ignored. Pgurus

AAP managed to save Kumar but not Vishwas…

Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia's decision to drive from chief minister's official residence in Civil Lines area to Kumar Vishwas's residence at Vasundhara in Ghaziabad was not borne out of friendly goodwill reasons for a friend who was unhappy with them but was guided by hard realpolitik and prudent reasons. It was need of the hour for Kejriwal to mollify Vishwas at whatever cost and save his face, keep his party united and buy time to settle issues at an opportune time.

Amanatullah Khan was suspended by AAP's Political Affairs Committee for accusing senior leader Kumar Vishwas of being an "RSS/BJP" agent and plotting a coup against the party.

Swaraj Abhiyan leader Yogendra Yadav on Wednesday described the Aam Aadmi Party as a "sinking ship", and said there was a "naked power struggle" taking place in the Arvind Kerjiwal-led party.@pgurus

Ninda Nahin, #BadlaLo

Defence Minister Arun Jaitley on Monday said that the sacrifice of the two Indian soldiers whose bodies were mutilated by Pakistan army team will not go in vain.

Calling it an extreme form of barbaric act, Jaitley said "such acts are unheard of even in a war." He blamed the neighouring country for the barbarism.

"The government of India strongly condemns the incident," he said, adding, "the country has full faith in the ability of the Army that will react appropriately to this inhuman act."

It was a pre-planed operation of Pakistan army. They had pushed in BATs over 250 metres deep inside Indian territory and set up ambushes for a long period to carry out the attack," a senior Army officer said @pgurus
